My name is Ellie Bromley and I am the Waterman Exclusive manager. I have nine years of invaluable experience in the industry. I started my career and joined the agency at 17 as an apprentice and worked my way up the ranks, growing alongside the business. Having lived in Ebbsfleet for over 23 years, my local knowledge is second to none. In 2017, I became both ARLA and NAEA qualified. My relentless work ethic is evident through the vast knowledge I have gained in every aspect of the business. I am not merely a manager but a passionate advocate for fulfilling dreams, finding joy in making clients happy and delivering exceptional customer service.

Cathy Davis

My name is Cathy Davis, I am a negotiator for Waterman Exclusive with a wealth of experience in both finance and Estate Agency. I began my career in Estate Agency in 2014 with Walker Croft and later joined the agency in 2018. I bring a unique perspective shaped by my diverse professional background. I have been a proud resident of Ebbsfleet for the last 17 years, and have an excellent understanding of the local community. With a decade of negotiation expertise and excellent communication skills I thrive on meeting people and I am commited to facilitating seamless transactions for our valued clients.
